Take 1 capsule per day (300mg Lactoferrin + 240mg Vitamin C) to maintain your immune defences and gut health - ideal for supporting your system before travel or throughout your trip.

  • For best absorption, take on an empty stomach before meals.
  • Can be taken at any time that suits your routine.

EXTRA IMMUNE SUPPORT:

During times when your immune system may need more help - such as jet lag, disrupted sleep, seasonal transitions, high stress, or that first “scratchy throat” feeling:

Take 2 capsules per day - one in the morning and one in the evening (ideally on an empty stomach before meals).

For best results, begin 2–3 days before travel. Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach. You can also take 2 capsules daily during times of added stress or fatigue.

Can I choose the face covering style and colour?
